Whether you're designing a penthouse or reimagining a heritage bungalow, our design experts bring clarity, creativity, and precision to every project. During your consultation, we get into the specifics—measuring dimensions, understanding how you live, mapping out your aesthetic preferences, your must-haves, and your budget. We evaluate feasibility, suggest possibilities, and begin shaping a design that’s both elevated and deeply personal.

For standard products, we require a 50% advance to begin manufacturing. The remaining 50% is due once your products are ready, quality-checked, and packed at our warehouse for delivery.

Everything we make is tailored to your space and vision. Since each product is custom-designed and crafted to order, we start production only after an initial payment is made. Cash on Delivery simply doesn't work for the kind of bespoke service we offer.

Not at all. The initial design consultation at Imaginest is free of charge. Once you’re ready to go ahead, we’ll begin work with a 10% booking amount.

We work in clear stages, and you approve each one before moving forward. Once we receive a final go-ahead and begin execution, changes are limited—but we’ll always do what we can to help.
You can cancel, but the booking amount will be considered as service charges and is non-refundable. We recommend finalizing your decision before moving to production.
It depends on scope and complexity, but as a benchmark: a 2BHK typically takes about 17 working days from execution kickoff. Add around 10 days for every additional room. Your designer will give you a more specific timeline after the consultation.
Once the design is finalized and order is confirmed, expect delivery within 25 days. For custom projects, the timeline may vary based on material availability and site readiness.

Yes. Our team will deliver and assemble everything at your home, ensuring it’s installed correctly and looks the way it’s meant to.

We take this seriously. Every delivery is handled with care, and we do a feasibility check before shipping to avoid issues. If something goes wrong, we’ll make it right.
That’s our goal. But if certain products need extra time or involve different vendors, we may deliver in phases—with full coordination, so it’s still hassle-free for you.
No. Whether it’s ground level or the 10th floor, we don’t charge extra.
Flag it immediately with our delivery team. We’ll assess it and arrange for a repair or replacement, depending on the issue.
Yes, we offer up to 10 years of warranty on eligible products. As long as they’ve been used and maintained properly (not misused or cleaned with harsh products), you’re covered. Just keep your original invoice handy.
