For standard products, we require a 50% advance to begin manufacturing. The remaining 50% is due once your products are ready, quality-checked, and packed at our warehouse for delivery.

For fully customized interiors, we follow a 10-40-50 structure:

  • 10% as a token advance (adjusted against the final project cost)
  • 40% upon design finalization
  • 50% when materials are ready for dispatch

Yes. All our prices are inclusive of design, manufacturing, and applicable taxes, including GST. There are no hidden costs.

Everything we make is tailored to your space and vision. Since each product is custom-designed and crafted to order, we start production only after an initial payment is made. Cash on Delivery simply doesn't work for the kind of bespoke service we offer.

It depends on scope and complexity, but as a benchmark: a 2BHK typically takes about 17 working days from execution kickoff. Add around 10 days for every additional room. Your designer will give you a more specific timeline after the consultation.

Once the design is finalized and order is confirmed, expect delivery within 25 days. For custom projects, the timeline may vary based on material availability and site readiness.

Post-Sale

Flag it immediately with our delivery team. We’ll assess it and arrange for a repair or replacement, depending on the issue.

Yes, we offer up to 10 years of warranty on eligible products. As long as they’ve been used and maintained properly (not misused or cleaned with harsh products), you’re covered. Just keep your original invoice handy.
